The Pilot-Scale Industrialization Base is located at the intersection of North Jianshe Road and East Purui Road in Puyang, Henan Province, covering a total area of 165 mu. It primarily produces pyrrolidone series, lactone series, and hydrogenation series products, with a designed total capacity exceeding 150,000 tons per year upon full operation.

Situated only 5 kilometers from the Puyang Manufacturing Base, the site shares interconnected resources and is equipped with high-standard R&D laboratories, analytical and testing centers, and large-scale specialty chemical storage tanks, supporting the company’s long-term needs in production, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
