Head of Production Management / VP of Production Operations

Responsibilities

1. Participate in factory planning and design; formulate construction and production plans aligned with corporate strategy; lead feasibility studies and project approvals.

2. Manage the entire lifecycle of plant construction projects, including bidding, contracting, construction, quality and schedule control, acceptance, and handover.

3. Establish and optimize production management systems and processes to ensure efficient and orderly operations.

4. Plan production based on market demand; optimize workflows to improve efficiency and quality; build and manage production teams.

5. Support long-term corporate strategy formulation, including product R&D direction and market expansion planning.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry or advanced materials.

2. 5+ years of experience in chemical enterprises, including 2+ years in production management; experience in plant construction and commissioning preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of chemical processes, equipment maintenance, quality management, and cost control; familiarity with laws, standards, and safety requirements; strong leadership and project management skills.

4. Strategic thinking, decision-making ability, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and continuous improvement mindset.


Chemical Project Construction Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Participate in early-stage planning and feasibility studies; support design institutes in process flow design, equipment selection, and layout planning; review and optimize technical designs to ensure compliance with standards.

2. Develop construction schedules; track progress; resolve construction issues; coordinate contractors, designers, and supervision units to ensure smooth execution.

3. Establish quality management systems; supervise construction quality, materials, and processes; organize acceptance inspections to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.

4. Lead safety management during construction; conduct regular inspections and eliminate hazards to ensure safe production.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Civil Engineering.

2. 3+ years of experience in chemical project construction; experience leading or deeply participating in the full lifecycle of fine chemical plant projects preferred.

3. Possesses extensive practical experience in fine chemical plant construction, with expertise in various process flows, equipment selection, and installation/commissioning of fine chemical plants. Comprehends the layout characteristics of production workshops for different types of fine chemical products, and is capable of rationally planning plant layouts, workshop arrangements, and supporting public utilities based on project requirements.

4. Possesses strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to handle unexpected situations during project implementation. Demonstrates excellent teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure project quality, schedule, and safety. Demonstrates innovative thinking and technical R&D capabilities to provide technical support and innovative solutions for project development.


Chemical Sales Supervisor / Manager / Director

Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell company products in target markets (primarily pyrrolidone and lactone series); develop and execute market expansion plans; build customer databases; participate in industry exhibitions and seminars to enhance brand visibility and market share.

2. Maintain close communication with existing customers; address customer issues and complaints promptly; conduct regular follow-ups; collect feedback to support product improvement; identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Develop individual sales plans aligned with company targets; track order execution; coordinate internal departments to ensure timely delivery and payment collection; analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

4. Monitor industry trends and market changes, collect competitor information, analyze market competition, and provide reference for the company to formulate market strategies and product development; promptly grasp customer needs and feedback on products, provide product improvement suggestions to the company's R&D department, and promote the continuous upgrading and optimization of products.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry or advanced materials.

2. 2+ years of chemical product sales experience; experience with pyrrolidone/lactone products, solvents, reagents, or additives preferred; familiarity with import/export processes and existing customer resources is a plus.

3. Possesses excellent sales skills and communication abilities, capable of effective client communication and negotiation; well-versed in sales processes and management methodologies, with strong market development capabilities and customer relationship management skills.

4. Possesses strong learning and adaptability, enabling rapid acquisition of new product knowledge and market dynamics; demonstrates excellent teamwork spirit and stress resilience, capable of completing sales targets under high-intensity work conditions; upholds professional ethics and business integrity, safeguarding corporate interests and reputation.


Chemical Product Project Specialist / Supervisor / Manager

Responsibilities

1. Conduct early-stage project planning and market research for chemical products/projects; analyze customer needs and market trends; prepare feasibility studies and commercial cooperation proposals; identify and source potential projects based on company strategy and resources.

2. Expand cooperation channels, identify potential partners, build a partner database, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships; resolve issues arising during collaboration.

3. Track project progress, address execution challenges, ensure on-schedule delivery; manage project costs and risks to ensure completion within budget.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; chemistry or advanced materials background preferred.

2. Experience in key account sales or business management preferred; upstream/downstream experience in chemical new materials is a plus.

3. Strong market analysis capability; able to provide decision-support insights; good teamwork, responsibility, learning ability, and adaptability.

Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the company’s overall financial operations and internal control systems; participate in major business decisions and provide professional financial analysis and decision-making support, including risk assessment and control.

2. Manage capital operations and accounting functions; prepare and submit management reports and analytical statements to support executive decision-making.

3. Deep involvement in business operations: conduct negotiations with customers and suppliers from both financial and business perspectives to optimize costs and cooperation models.

4. Project Financial Management: lead financial management for major projects including financing and IPO preparation, new product line development, new plant construction, investments and M&A, and strategic partnerships. 

5. Tax Planning: plan local tax structures in advance, optimize business processes, ensure compliance, control tax risks, and reduce costs. 

6. Review major economic, procurement, and sales contracts and supervise contract execution to protect company interests.

7. Independently establish and maintain strong working relationships with regulatory authorities, tax bureaus, banks, intermediaries, and capital market regulators. 

Reporting to: The Group's Chief Financial Officer and the Company's Chairman, and subject to their assessment.


Qualifications

1. 7+ years of financial management experience, including at least 3 years in an in-house finance leadership role; strong business insight, full-scope financial management experience, and high numerical sensitivity.

2. Experience in the chemical industry or audit firms preferred.

3. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields; intermediate or senior accounting qualification required; CPA preferred.

4. Age 35 or below.

5. Strong resilience, learning ability, and motivation; willing to accept short-term business travel.

6. High professional ethics, rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, cultural alignment, execution capability, and excellent communication and coordination skills.

Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Organizational Development

Align with the company’s strategic planning to formulate and implement human resources strategies, promote organizational development and talent pipeline construction, and support the implementation of HR policies.

2. Business Support & Talent Management

Develop a strong understanding of chemical manufacturing operations. Execute recruitment plans for key departments including production, R&D, and sales. Drive the design and optimization of performance management systems, identify management bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.

3. Team Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Establish a company-wide training system, build an internal trainer team, and promote knowledge base development. Serve as the HR business partner interface with the parent group, summarizing best practices from subsidiaries and enabling group-level empowerment.

4. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure employment policies comply with chemical industry regulations (e.g., production safety regulations and special position management). Lead labor dispute prevention and resolution, mitigate legal risks, establish contingency plans, and address HR-related emergencies.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.

2. Over 5 years of HR management experience, including at least 2 years in a management role. Has experience in building and managing HR teams; strong capability in HR system development and optimization.

3. Familiarity with the chemical industry and common management challenges.

4. Solid knowledge of national and local labor laws and regulations; strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
